Why I built this
I'm Noah Otalvaro, founder of Creative8020.ai.
I've spent 30 years building businesses, running both sides: the technology teams that built the platforms and the sales and business development that grew them.
WallStreet Electronica, a pioneering online broker-dealer I co-founded in 1997, where I built the trading platform and the back-office systems. Recognized by Barron's ten years straight.
Then FundAmerica, a fintech broker-dealer, where I advised syndicators on debt and equity offerings totaling a $2.7 billion book before it was acquired by Prime Trust.
Then my own real estate operation. 400+ properties over 20 years, running on the exact systems we now build for clients.
Across all of it I kept seeing the same thing.
Smart operators drowning in lead research, follow-ups, admin, and reporting, while AI consultants pitched them six-month roadmaps.
Plenty of talk. Few builders.
So I started a firm that builds.

Two ideas, and most people only hear one.
